NEWS
Our own Phyllis McCalla is the featured artist for the River City Quilter's Guild annual show in November. Congratulations to Phyllis.
One of our Sacramento Skyline quilts will be on display at the Trezhers Gift Shop in Land Park, on March 20, 5-7 p.m. for a wine and cheese reception with the artists. The purpose is to encourage a buyer for it. More details will come.
Demonstrator for February was B.J. Bailey who taught us all about Kaleidoscope Blocks
We learned how to make templates, choose fabric, and were treated to examples of her fabulous detailed work.

Marie Nelson shared her kaleidoscope quilt top. Wow!

Marie Nelson's Work |
Judith Imel brought her stash of artist's trading cards and bags of supplies, inviting us all to take home what we liked. I see ATC's in my future. (Maybe a challenge, anyone?)

Judith's lovely work, all for us to share. |

And stuff to make our own |
Thank you Judith!
The Yummy Yarn Exchange
We were each asked to bring lengths of yarn to share, so we did!
|
Some brought very neat lengths |
|
And some, not so neat |
As you can see, it was great fun
